NMUG records its weekly meetings and classes for the exclusive educational use of its members. These recordings are made with the permission of our presenters under agreements that protect their intellectual property rights and presentation materials.

To honor these agreements and to safeguard the rights of our presenters:

* Access to recorded presentations is restricted to current NMUG members through NMUG’s official platforms.

* Members are not permitted to download, copy, redistribute, publicly post, or share NMUG recordings without explicit written permission from NMUG and the presenter.

* Members are also not permitted to independently record NMUG meetings or classes while they are in progress, including by screen recording, audio recording, or other capture methods.

These policies help ensure that NMUG can continue to attract outstanding presenters who are willing to share their expertise with confidence that their work will remain protected.
