Apple’s M2 Max Mac Studio plunges to $899 at Amazon

The Amazon Renewed Premium option drives the price of the M2 Max Mac Studio down to Mac mini levels.

Originally retailing for $1,999, the $899 price is appealing with back-to-school shopping underway. The M2 Max spec features a 12-core CPU and 30-core GPU, rivaling the M4 Pro Mac mini in terms of performance, with the M4 Mac mini at least $350 more with only 24GB of RAM.

The M2 Max Mac Studio, meanwhile, comes with 32GB of memory and 512GB of storage. If you need more storage, you can pair the Mac Studio with an external SSD.
