A friend of mine has a cochlear implant. She was getting sound from her phone and iPad via bluetooth directly to her cochlear. BUT, after she updated to the latest OS, she can no longer get any audio. Her audiologist tried to no avail. She also contacted Apple support but they were not able to help her either. When she asked if she could “downgrade” to the previous OS where she was getting sound, she was told no. Does anyone know of a solution?
