Is there any way the NMUG message boards, sometimes named ‘Forums’, can be fixed so that ALL messages are included in the Daily Digest (DD) email. The Daily Digests I receive typically contain just a single message, the lead item of one topic. So, for example, Victoria’s first message on Disposible email addresses, three days ago came through by itself on a DD, but the six replies to that topic have been invisible, non-existent in the digests I receive. Similarly, Edward’s A Word to the Wise (Aug 25) or any of the replies have surfaced here in the DDs. Sorry to say this is a very flaky system.

Any chance NMUG can get back to GROUPS.IO message boards? It is a purpose designed system, technically well supported and so much smoother and efficient for users.

Here’s hoping someone at NMUG will hear…..

I second, third, fourth and fifth John’s request. Not only do the summaries not include responses, I didn’t even get notification of responses to a question I added to Edward’s A Word to the Wise (Aug 25). I don’t pay close enough attention to know for sure, but I’m also not convinced the Daily Digest even shows all of the original posts.

Agree with both posts. No notification of this topic in my Daily Digest…

Unable to ? the last two posts! And navigation is very slow, unlike Groups.io

? My bad: Notification was in another Daily Digest that I’d missed, but just discovered. However, if the updates to topics were included, this would likely not have occurred…
