macOS (14) Sonoma brings web apps or site-specific browsers for frequently-accessed websites, such as this very one. The process is quite simple: navigate to the web page you want in Safari, go to File on the menubar and scroll down to Add to Dock. This creates a web app in your home folder and puts the shortcut into the dock. From there it behaves ad any other app, pretty much.
If you were to remove the app from the dock it can be restored by opening the app from your home folder.
