I recently heard David speak in Seattle at a Town Hall meeting about his new book. Highly entertaining. He even played the piano with three Apple themed songs of his own creation based on contemporary music. Very informative

I set up David visiting our user group here in The Villages. I expected Zoom, but he hinted about coming down. So it happened. We are the only user group where he is visiting in-person on this book tour. We have around 120 attending in-person, plus our YouTube streaming audience. We hope to start at 2:30.

I have just bought the Kindle version of that book, to get the best use I’m reading in on an iPad or Mac as there are lots of pictures that just wouldn’t work on an e-ink display.

The logistics and planning to pull that event off was very impressive. Watching the YouTube feed was like attending in person. Quite an accomplishment by a volunteer group of people.
