Gift a Membership

To gift a membership:

1. When checking out after click on ‘Gift a Membership Today!‘ button above, MAKE SURE ensure the “Is this a Gift?” option is selected.
2. After submitting payment, a popup window will appear where you can fill in the gift details:
   • Your name (From)
   • Recipient’s name (To)
   • Recipient’s email address
   • An optional personalized note
3. The recipient will then receive an email with a link to create an account on NaplesMUG. This account will be active for one year and will not renew automatically.
4. To view the status of a Gift Membership, go to  Subscription/Registrations under your Profile Name. You’ll see a tab for Gifts.
   • You can see if it is Claimed (active) or Unclaimed.
   • If it is Unclaimed, you can do one of the following:
     • You can copy the URL for the gift and send it to the recipient again.
     • You can send them another Email with the info enclosed.
