Welcome to our community! By participating in our online sessions (including Zoom meetings) and using our message board, you agree to the following terms of use. Please read them carefully.

**Intellectual Property Rights**

1. All content provided during online sessions, including but not limited to presentations, artwork, discussions, and digital materials, is the intellectual property of the content creator, with all rights reserved, unless otherwise noted.
2. By participating in our online sessions, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our online sessions or message board, except as follows:
   • Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
   • You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
4. You must not:
   
   • Copy, record, or take screenshots of any materials for the purpose of reproduction or distribution.
   • Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from the accompanying text.

**Member Contributions**

1. The message board may contain message boards, chat rooms, personal web pages or profiles, forums, bulletin boards, and other interactive features that allow members to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit to other members content or materials (collectively, “Member Contributions”) on or through the message board.
2. All Member Contributions must comply with the Content Standards set out in these terms of use.
3. Any Member Contribution you post to the site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
4. By providing any Member Contribution on the message board, you grant us and our affiliates and service providers, and each of their and our respective licensees, successors, and assigns the right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material.
5. You represent and warrant that:
   
   • You own or control all rights in and to the Member Contributions and have the right to grant the license granted above to us and our affiliates and service providers, and each of their and our respective licensees, successors, and assigns.
   • All of your Member Contributions do and will comply with these Terms of Use.

**Prohibited Use**

As a user of the message board, you agree not to use the message board:

• For any unlawful purpose.
• To infringe on the rights of others, including copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral rights, privacy rights, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right.
• To take any action that may harm us or a third party.

**Changes to the Terms of Use**

We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them.
