Blood Oxygen Monitoring Returns with iOS 18.6.1 and watchOS 11.6.1

Thanks to a U.S. Customs ruling, Apple has found a technical workaround that restores blood oxygen monitoring capabilities to recently purchased Apple Watches in the U.S. by processing the sensor data on the iPhone instead of the watch.
