Mike used the opportunity to trawl through his vast collection of images and assemble a collection that would ultimately result in him receiving a Fellowship of the internationally recognised Royal Photographic Society. The Finder has been a part of the Mac since the beginning in 1984. It started out as way to access the Mac’s file system. It wasn’t until several years after its introduction that it would actually find anything. Now the Finder plays several roles, including providing many ways to organize and view your files, serving as a conduit to your iPhone and iPad, and even accessing files that aren’t on your Mac. Mike Kwasniak decided for the first time in his life to leave his camera at home for his holiday, instead relying on his iPhone 11 Pro Max, and an amazing app called Halide. In the talk Mike demonstrated the app on his phone, and discussed raw photography, and why Halide has changed everything. He won’t be carrying a camera in the future.
It's time to review of iOS 16, and watchOS 9! This meeting will past is great, but it has some severe limitations. Wouldn’t it be spent going over iOS 16 as it is great if you had a monstrous update. Have questions? I'll take those too!
