After losing more than 80 pounds, she began sharing how she used AI and Apple technology to build lasting habits and support real lifestyle change. In her presentation, One Ring at a Time: Using Apple Tech to Get Healthier, Jill explains how everyday Apple devices can work together to encourage better activity, sleep, and overall well-being through simple tracking and gentle motivation. Known online as Jill from the Northwoods, she also runs Start With Small Steps, a website and podcast for people who want to make changes but are unsure where to begin, sharing a clear and encouraging message: meaningful progress is possible with the tools you already have, one small step at a time.
