Apple has rolled out Apple Pay‘s Express Mode in Korea, letting iPhone and Apple Watch owners pay for public transport simply by holding their devices near ticket terminals.

Express Mode, as well as some variations, have been rolling out slowly since it was first introduced with iOS 12.3 back in 2019. It’s a convenient enhancement to Apple Pay that means users can unlock their device, then just hold the iPhone or Apple Watch over a reader.
Now Apple has announced that the feature has come to Korea for users of the country’s T-Money payment service.
